Mike Vigor has penned a new one-year deal with the Bristol Flyers, with an option to extend for a further year. The Australian forward returns for his third season in the BBL, after joining the Flyers in June 2016 following a one-year spell with the Plymouth Raiders. Born in Aberdeen, Vigor made 33 appearances last season, averaging 9.8 points and 6.6 rebounds per game. "There's just a really good feeling around the club," Vigor told bristolflyers.co.uk. "The fact that they have a three-to-five year plan shows there's some really exciting times ahead. "We want to be a powerhouse club. We don't want to just make it into the play-offs anymore - we see ourselves as a top four team in the years to come."
